Description

Part 2 of 5: Looking back on the five overall victories for Audi in the 24-hour endurance classic at the Nürburgring Nordschleife. Two years after the first overall victory for the brand with the four rings, Audi Sport Team Phoenix did it again with the Audi R8 LMS ultra in 2014. This time, the victorious quartet of drivers included Christopher Haase, Christian Mamerow, René Rast and Markus Winkelhock. In this video, Audi Sport driver Christoper Haase tells us more about the race that was flat-out from start to finish, setting a new distance record of 4,035 km (159 laps) that still stands to this day.
